Simply good . . .

This is a cool view on things that's a little different than most of the other fitness and health podcasts. I like the funny stories (Humans being human) bit at the end. Good stuff.

This is the jam

Such a great outlook on fitness and overall health. Mark has awesome guests that know their stuff..the world of health can seem complicated sometimes, but this show does a great job of boiling it down for the everyday person.

Great edutainment!

This podcast is a great reference for the "lay"person to understand what it takes to be a healthy human. Mark Rogers is not selling a magic pill for weight loss or some gimmicky detox plan. He just wants the truth out there that being a healthy human is just going back to our grass roots when processed foods, GMO's, and a concept of a calorie did not exist. Besides that I find myself laughing hysterically during the "humans being humans" segment every time and that is what keeps me listening to every podcast. I love what you are doing out there Mark keep up the good work.
