Practical Advice - finally !
Thank you so much for this practical advice about how to understand alcohol and the brain. Seeing it chemically to understand urges and how our brain responds to habits and triggers helped me to deal with each of those issues. Thanks Debi - keep up the great work.

I started listening out of curiosity... the shows are fun and interesting. What I didn't expect as I kept listening was how life-changing a simple podcast could be. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone who is sober curious. One of the most rereshing things for me was that there is no judgement here. The judgement is replaced with a wonderful curiosity which seems to unleash a new way of seeing things. I am a huge fan!
