How Sweet the Sound!!!

This podcast is so motivating and inspiring!! I listen to it while i work out so its actually been like a workout buddy! My wedding is coming uo next year and working out and taking better care of myself has been one of my top priorities.The Sound of Synergy podcast has really given me the push to start getting my health back on track. I love his epsidoes on the internal feelings of exercising since thats what i have been battling with the most. I'm a pretty athletic person and have played sports growing up so the exercises didnt scare me. It was always the self doubt, discipline and excuses that held me back. The episodes are really enlightening and addressed everything I had been feeling about myself. The host has such a compassionate yet learned voice. Highly Recommended!!!

Awesome podcast!

The Sound of Synergy is a great podcast that provides digestible exercise and personal improvement information for the everyday person. The internal resistance episode was especially great, a fantastic reminder of how adversity can make us better.

Awesome app!

This podcast is very informative and inspirational! It is perfect for anyone and Brandon gives great tips on helping improve the way we exercise and think about health. Brandon has a great background of exercise and fitness, and with his education in physical therapy, I know that I can trust his knowledge. There aren't many apps that are as well-rounded as this one, and it's great to be able to connect my exercise with my eating habits and lifestyle as well.
