Actionable and interesting
Really enjoying the first few episodes. Topics not heard elsewhere.
This podcast is a fascinating look into a critical part of startups that is rarely discussed: human resources. On the podcast you hear first hand how entrepreneurs navigate such a crucial part of their businesses. Among many great stories, it was interesting to hear how Adam Price of Homer Logistics adds executives to his team while also building a culture that is attractive to employees at all levels.
