What an incredible resource for personal trainers, coaches and fitness buffs!!!

I've been a personal trainer for 17 years and I can honestly say that I got more out of an hour of this free podcast than I've gotten at workshops that cost hundreds of dollars and took hours (or days) of my time. Great interviews with some of the best strength coaches and fitness experts around. Really indepth answers to the kinds of questions that you'd want to ask these folks if you were talking to them. Plus, there is always lots of practical "how do I use this stuff in the real world" application information. Clearly, the host, Anthony Renna is not just an interviewer -- he really understands the subject matter, so he is able to ask really thoughtful questions. Love the regular weekly segments with Mike Boyle and Gray Cook -- both are really bright guys who continue to lead the pack with their innovative techniques. I honestly can't say enough good things about this podcast. Can't believe you can get this much great content for free!! Just awesome!

Host Anthony Renna has designed a perfectly balanced vehicle for delivering thoughtful, intelligent interviews with an impressive cross-section of the most highly respected coaches in the strength and conditioning world. Between Mike Boyle's insightful comments at the beginning and Gray Cook's brilliant gems at the end, the podcast is jam-packed with techniques and content that are immediately applicable in training athletes and clients. This is truly a wonderful resource.
