High Quality Podcast

Easily my favorite running podcast. There is something here for all levels of runners. I like that Jason digs into the technical training details while also providing inspirational stories. I am still a relatively new student to the sport and listening to these podcasts, along with perusing the Strength Running website, has taught me so much! I just ran my first marathon, injury free!, and I know implementing the SR recommendations helped make that possible. Thank you for creating such a high caliber podcast.
