No nonsense advice and great interviews

I love both the interviews and the shorter episodes with real talk advice for runners. I’ve only been running for a few years and always appreciate when experts cut through all the crap advice out there and tell it straight. I’m also a big strength training advocate and appreciate the emphasis on this as well as on diet and running workouts. Even with a bunch of other running podcasts in my library, I find myself going for this one first.

Very informative!

I don’t listen to many podcasts in general however I came across this podcast last year right before my half marathon, by luck! And wow I love it. Jason brings up a lot of great topics and has many great pointers for beginning and advanced runners. I have been running for over 20 years and there is so much I learn by listening to this podcast. It’s also very motivating as well! Thank you Jason for helping all of us in the running community.

High Quality Podcast

Easily my favorite running podcast. There is something here for all levels of runners. I like that Jason digs into the technical training details while also providing inspirational stories. I am still a relatively new student to the sport and listening to these podcasts, along with perusing the Strength Running website, has taught me so much! I just ran my first marathon, injury free!, and I know implementing the SR recommendations helped make that possible. Thank you for creating such a high caliber podcast. I’m always looking forward to the next one!
