An Understanding within Reach

As an adult who has struggled with anxiety, this podcast allows me to breathe a sigh of relief. Mr. Busch weaves together a relatable story of David and his mother with brilliantly simple analogies to create an understanding of anxiety and the brain science behind it. I eagerly await each new episode!

Interesting Podcast

Through the story of a mother and son, the listener learns not only about the problems teens and their parents face when teens are struck with anxiety and frustration, but the adult listener also learns about how their own brain works and why they may be getting anxious in certain situations. The story is told through descriptive narrative in a way that makes the listener want to hear and learn more. Excited to hear future episodes!

Excellent Resource

This is great, so easy to listen to and follow the story format. As a parent, it is easy to worry about our kids. This podcast helps parents understand teen anxiety, maybe ease some of our own anxiety, and really learn how to help our kids. Corey is patient and demonstrates a deep understanding of the teen mind.
