It's no Carolla

Thank goodness for that. Todd Glass is the Subaru of comedians--a fine mixture of class and safety features. Subaru.

What if I REALLY liked this show. No, I mean what if I did that you know. Like I REALLY liked it.

Let me preface this by saying I enjoy this show. Is it so hard to do a good podcast? Really? I mean it's just talking right? What if Todd didn't do a podcast? I mean, if there was just no podcast that Todd hosted. That's no fun right? Maybe I'm being stupid. I don't know. I'm just saying, I enjoy this Toddcast.

The best Podcast iTunes/Nerdist has to offer.

If I had to describe this podcast in one word, it would be "Comfortable." And believe me... I have used that one word to describe it to friends. People don't know what I mean when I say that, so I'll use my remaining 5K+ characters to try and explain:

Todd Glass has an unique awareness for what's happening during the show that seperates this podcast from others. He gereates a mood which can only be called FUN for his guests and occasional "live audience" that is unparalleled in almost any podcasts or other medium. Yeah, it wanders on and off topic, it is self referential, and sometimes they eat things. But that's all part of the show, and it's wonderful.

The format sets the guests up to shine. I don't completely understand what feng shui is, but if it was an audio thing, I'd imagine it sounds exactly like this. This show has turned me onto really funny people like Rory, Lynn the Jingle Man, Danny, Mike, and even other podcasts like Blake Wexler's and others on the Nerdist Network.

I am 27 years old. I have a fiancee, a dog, a job, a family, and all the other things that come with being a young professional in America. I also have this podcast, which is the closest thing to elementary school's Recess, or Play Time, and sometimes even Show and Tell, I've felt since 4th grade.

Thanks for that Todd. Can't wait to see you in Philly.

Sincerely, a stranger on the internet...
