Austin is so fun and motivating that I forget to look at how long I’ve been running for. It’s perfect for work travel when you’re in a depressing hotel gym. I wish I could keep Austin in my pocket and have him motivate me throughout the day!
The Treadcast has changed the game!
The Treadcast has totally changed the effectiveness of my solo workouts. It used to be so difficult to push myself on the treadmill and easy to talk myself out of distance and time goals. With the Treadcast, I’m constantly breaking personal records and burning insane calories for just a 30 minute workout. I couldn’t recommend it any more!!
