Description
THE TRUTH makes movies for your ears. They're short stories that are sometimes dark, sometimes funny, and always intriguing. Every story is different, but they all take you to unexpected places using only sound. If you're new, some good starting places are: Silvia's Blood, That's Democracy, Moon Graffiti, Tape Delay, or whatever's most recent. Listening with headphones is encouraged! We're a proud member of Radiotopia from PRX.

Stunning ...
Caught you guys on "This American Life" today and must've sat in my car in the garage for ten minutes listening to Ben and Erika's story play out … Really, truly brilliant work. Can't wait to listen to the other installments!
BRAVO! MORE! MORE! MORE!
Yes, I am CAP Screaming. Standing O, even. After hundreds of hours listening to dozens of podcasts, this is my first review. I couldn't be more excited; I've just been listening to the sound of a shell breaking open & revealing a completely. new. medium. of entertainment. What an incredible feast of literate creativity - every syllable, every background noise, every bass note so perfectly in place that the awkward glances and folded arms are equally audible. Oh please, brilliant writers & performers & producers of the world, climb aboard. There's a genre waiting for you, and a critical mass of people hungry for every emerging morsel. Video didn't add nearly as much to our human experience as it took away.
Thank you, APM and Truth collaborators, for a job so exceedingly well done and so generously shared. I am deeply grateful. Bravo! More, more, more!
Brilliant!
I came about this program at the suggestion of Roman Mars' list of favorite podcasts. Excellent production and engaging stories. Please keep them coming.
