Go, Jesse, Go!
Phenomenal show. I am in love after the first episode. It's fascinating to "turn the mic around" on someone like Ira Glass and learn what goes into an interview that becomes part of an iconic radio show.
I enjoy listening to interviews, but I'd never given a lot of thought to the skill and art that goes into performing one. I've found The Turnaround to be incredibly insightful, and really eye-opening. It will really make you appreciate the next interview you listen to. And as always, Jesse Thorn is great.
What an awesome idea for a podcast! Love hearing behind the scenes insight and can't wait to hear the rest of the lineup!
