Description

The Up and Comers Show is a podcast for Millennials who care—millennials because it’s geared toward young professional who are dealing with unique problems for the first time (like the internet, iPhones, Google, and a general cultural secularization) and who are truly just getting started in their journey of life, and it’s for those who care because you’ve got to be motivated to ask the hard questions required to find the Truth and develop a lifestyle in accordance with the Truth. Facing these same obstacles, Thane and Adam are seeking to develop a community of like-minded people to share knowledge and habits to help us on our way toward becoming wise, productive, and meaningful humans.

Great show with Great people

I would like to pat myself on the back first by saying that I'm officially the first to make a review on Itunes. In all seriousness though I like the idea of what you guys have come up with and it's been an encouragement in my own life. Adam I've used you as an example many times in my own life, and in conversations with people when it comes to how hard working you are even through the difficulty of being sick. Often times I think that we see someone successful and think that we'll never be in their position when we're older, we don't see the bridge between them when they were our age, and all the hard work and bad decisions they made in order to get where they’re at. Success doesn’t happen over night. I like how you guys are honest, not pretending like you've made it, but speaking about how we millennials are all on this journey together, and how it takes a lot of hard work and diligence in order to be successful, however one defines success.
Furthermore, I really enjoyed the episode about making decisions. I like what you guys had to say about just following your gut, but not saying that your gut is uniformed or ignorant. It reminded me of a quote we all know, but I actually read in a book today, it’s from Eleanor Roosevelt and she said, “Do what you feel in your heart to be right−for you’ll be criticized anyway. You’ll be damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.” I thought of this when Thane was talking about his decision with the golf tournament. I also like how he brought up the fact that once you made a decision there is no turning back, so why sit there and try to figure out if you made the right decision or not, it’s too late just move on. Anyway keep up the good work, this review has gone on too long…like your first episode.

YEP.

First episode was really helpful to see where your hearts are at and what your goals are for this podcast. I'm really thankful for both of you as friends, and completely agree with everything Jeremiah said in the previous review... we are two beneficiaries of the discipline and hard work that you've both displayed in your walk with the Lord. Adam, the Lord continues to use you in my life and I am SO THANKFUL. Thane, I don't know anyone with more determination. Press on, and keep these episodes coming!

Love the podcast! These two guys are so freaking corny yet they give great insight on important questions we all need to ask ourselves. Awesome approach to a variety of cool topics from a Christian worldview
