Never let your past define you

As many veteran run podcasts as there are I haven't found one that provided more than entertainment and a few laughs. What Chris brings to the table made me take an introspective look at who I am, what I've done, where I'm going, and what I want. Something he said about guilt (paraphrasing) is that we tell ourselves these lies that we deserve to feel what we do. That struck a serious chord with me. It comes off simplistic in text, but maybe i just needed to hear it from third party. To my brothers and sisters who've worn a flag on their shoulder I highly recommend giving this show a listen. We all struggle in some shape, way, or form. Listen to the words spoken by one of our own, know you're not out of the fight and you are resilient product of a lifestyle few have had the privilege of having.

Puts it all into perspective!

Very powerful stuff. I like how Chris does a lot of referencing to help convey what he is talking about. That way the listener can see that he also has sources of inspiration, and the focus isn't just on him as the source. Which he is still very good at being, don't get me wrong. But it humanizes him, and shows us that he is just like us. That he is my brother, and I am his. I have been following Chris for a little while now, but in that short time, have found that I can relate to his message and motivation. Chris has helped me in a number of ways, whether it was offering some words, or listening to what I had to say, and even simply getting to proudly wear Warrior Soul product which is a very lifting form of self expression. With that said, I look forward to future episodes of the Warior Soul podcast! Semper Fi

Honesty

Well done brother. Chris has done a phenomenal job of developing a podcast where the topics are more then just entertaining and fluff pieces. This is heart felt, honest, and needed to be heard by so many. I’m not just saying that, this is a reality check for so many of us. I challenge all service members, vets, and anyone who wants to learn more about how how to heal the mind and soul to check this out. So many things to hit on, but by far the best was the topic of self reliance and holding yourself accountable. Take the time and listen to this podcast.
