What we haven't heard much about are solutions. The Warrior Soul Podcast introduces listeners to tools, tactics, ideas, and techniques to help the US Military Veteran Community, and anyone else willing to listen to increase their strength, health, happiness, and performance through interviews, q & a, and Warrior Fitness Notes segments. Love this podcast!!

I enjoy the sound quality, content, and the length of the podcast from short to long! I am a military spouse and this podcast has improved my relationship with my warrior! You have provided a better understanding of the mental warrior with your guest and information. We have lost several friends to suicide and I love the information you are providing and find myself sharing the content often!! I cannot thank you enough for what you do. I personally have never served but being a spouse and trying understand your warrior is not easy. But this has greatly helped in so many ways! I’m also a fitness instructor and love all the fitness info you are sharing! Keep doing what you are doing!

Better late than never

I subscribed to this podcast maybe a year ago and neglected to listen to it. Long story short—I found myself in a low and depressive state and had to make a choice on how I wanted to live my life. I listened to an episode and Chris’s story and it really helped me get on to the track of putting my life in order. What I appreciate most about the show is the diverse interviews and the fitness tips. Health has always been a big part of my life and with him being a trainer with an extensive breadth of knowledge I’ve been able to get access to the warrior soul agoge group he runs. It has several workout programs and diet plans that work. I’m six weeks in it myself and have noticed the changes in my endurance and strength in that little amount of time. It’s definitely worth your time if you’re looking for something better to listen to than what most media is pushing these days.

Worth every second

Just started listening to podcasts as an alternative to audiobooks during some of the mundane tasks I do daily and came across Chris’s podcast.. this podcast wastes no time getting to the point and For someone as knowledgeable as he is Chris is also humble and looking for new information constantly to help his listeners.. highly recommend this
