A weekly Podcast in which coach Chris Hauth offers advice, observations and tips for his group of Ultra Endurance athletes. Topics mostly include mindset, training and current coaching philosophies but can easily veer off into random topics that come up in the ultra endurance world. Chris coaches endurance athletes, whether for organized events such as Ironman and Ultras or extreme events that are defined by the athlete along with Chris.

I have gain so much insight on the joy, creating a challenge, rest, 3 legged stool, of athletic endurance. I was not an athlete in my past but enjoyed biking and hiking to be in nature. My son asked me 5 years ago if I would like to do a triathlon. Of course I was excited to take the challenge not knowing how to swim, something new to learn. I have made podium 4x and am looking to do an Olympic distance in 2019. 2020 plan to do half Ironman and a full Ironman 2021. Using Chris wisdom, encouragement, on his podcast I am looking forward to the fun of meeting these challenges
I am a very busy grandma/wife/mother/sister/friend but with keeping the 3 legged stool in mind my journey will be my special place

My go to podcast every week

I absolutely love listening to Chris’ podblast. I started listening around episode 50 but have been able to catch up from episode 1 to current and it is awesome. There is so much info on every single show. There is something for everyone, no matter what the distance is- short or ultra. I have recently started running 50Ks and this podcast gets me thru my long runs and gives me a perspective of why things happen the way they do on the long runs.

Awesome podcast

This podcast is awesome! There are no ads, nobody trying to sell me something, and no long winded intro’s. It’s just pure good information on how to improve as an athlete. It’s the best podcast of its kind.
