Awesome podcast about real health!

I really enjoy listening to this podcast! Health is not only eating well only, or working out only, or sleeping well only, or avoiding stress only. To be truly healthy, we need to have a balance in all the important areas of our lives, and Ben does a fantastic job explaining how to be truly healthy. Also I'm learning how things that you'd think are unrelated, have a very strong connection (like eating and stress).

Clear Inspiration for better, healthier you

It's good to hear clear, simple solutions to better yourself. The food you eat and the thoughts you think are critical. The need to subtract stress and add exercise to balance it all is essential. It's hard to balance it all but that's why a weekly reminder by Ben and getting new insights is so important.

True Health

True health is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. This podcast captures what kind of lifestyle is need for your overall wellbeing. You can tell Ben is passionate about his topics and wants to help others achieve a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend this podcast to everyone!
