Fantastic First Episode. More Please!

I was psyched to get a Tweet about this new podcast this morning. The conversation between Fr. Barron and Brandon is great. I hope the "conversational yet deeply theological" element of the first episode continues for many, many more. This is much needed in the Catholic podcast landscape. Congrats to both Fr. Barron and Brandon!

As good as I hoped it would be

When I got an email about the show this morning, I immediately subscribed. As a fan of both Bishop Barron and Brandon Vogt I was not disappointed at all.

The first show had a look at the four Americans the Pope referenced when he spoke before congress and it was an interesting and nuanced discussion. I for one will look forward weekly for new episodes.

Perfect format for Bishop Barron; not just for Catholics!

Audio is a great format for Bishop Barron. His videos are great, but I can’t watch them while I’m doing dishes or mowing the lawn. A menial task for my hands helps me think better and so I find podcasts ideal for digesting meaty content. This is the meatiest! With the his protégé Brandon Vogt by his side, Bishop Barron delves into people and topics on the cultural scene to give his unique perspective, a perspective steeped in the history, tradition, and teaching of the Catholic Church, but delivered in his easygoing and effortlessly understandable style.
