Betsy Cahill's reflections are always fabulous--heartfelt, engaging, and a great way to start the morning. I've subscribed to her Advent and Lenten email newsletter for a couple of years, and I am so happy to have the podcast available now!

Shallow and Uninspiring

Listened to several episodes. I found the reflections to be shallow and uninspiring. They were overly scripted and difficult to listen to. Though the person speaking varied from one episode to the next, the delivery was overly dramatic and had a strange dreamy new-age quality to it.

As an alternative, I would recommend the Sunday homily podcast by Robert Barron, the weekly scripture reflection by Scott Hahn, or the in-depth weekly discussion of the mass readings by the Lanky Guys. This one wasn’t worth my time.
