My Favorite Podcast Right Now

I discovered Therapist Uncensored in January and have since listened to every episode. I've been going through a thing and hearing them talk so candidly has helped me make conceptual sense of the aforementioned thing. I love their perspectives, practical advice, interviews, and the interesting theories and scientific research they cite. They are clearly passionate about the topics they discuss. I can't recommend it enough if you're someone interested in understanding humans and human relationships just a little bit better.

Highly recommended!!

I am a graduate student in a counseling program and am in an entry level job in the mental health field. Most of the topics addressed in this podcast are things that I have not yet been introduced to and I love how tangible it is! Sometimes academia can feel cold and unapproachable. I often wonder how to apply what I am learning to my interactions with clients. I love that this podcast introduces topics in a way that I can grasp them. It allows me to understand how I can use the information in my work as well as for personal growth.

A Revelation

I've never heard a podcast quite like this. There's so much good info in every episode, so much signal to noise. It never feels pandering, you never feel like you're being talked down to. It feels like a session with an expert (and probably expensive) therapist, for free. Please make more!
