How can we be more fully engaged in our day-to-day lives? Each week we'll explore a different angle on what it means to connect with what we value.

Worth a listen
The Think Act Be podcast covers a wide range of topics just in the first 5 episodes. What drew me in were the first two on diet and exercise.
The ketogenic diet is the latest diet that’s popped into the realm of diets. Dr. Seth Gillihan interviews two guests who are psychologists who work with exercise and food issues. There’s so much energy being spent on “I’m right and you’re wrong” when it comes to diet and the fantastic claims many diets make. Meanwhile, society is getting fatter.
The first two episodes look at what we do and what we eat, why it’s so hard to keep weight off once it’s lost, etc. The guests are warm and humorous while tackling some difficult subjects.
Currently, there are five episodes. I also listened to episode 5 with Dr. Rachel Herschenberg on how to create a life you love. Excellent guest.
The host has a voice that’s easy to listen to. I imagine his patients find his voice soothing.
Looking forward to more episodes.
