A new and noteworthy health, fitness and environmental podcast!

I am glad to add the 'Thought For Food Podcast' into my already extensive podcast repertoire. As a veteran vegan health and fitness podcaster myself, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge about this topic of discussion, but to my surprise I have found myself learning new, exciting and significant scientific fitness and health information by listening to this show.

Aaron and Jackson, both elite plant-based endurance athletes and quite witty individuals, are able to bring their contrasting lifestyles, one a new father and the other a college student, into a cohesive and fairly complete array of how to live a healthy, happy, and sustainable life.

I am close friends with Aaron and Jackson, in fact I have had them both as guests on my own show, the Plantriotic Podcast, and understand their humor. Don’t be put off by some of the outlandish and seemingly contradicting tangents these two get on for minutes at a time. Aaron and Jackson are both sarcastic individuals and take any opportunity they can to exercise their comedic muscles. My understanding for why they do this is that when talking about such intense and many times sad realities of our world and fate of the human population, it’s important to laugh so we don’t cry.

This podcast is more than just informational and scientific. Jackson and Aaron get into philosophical concepts about the human relationship between animals and the planet in addition to discussing parenting a plant-based child and experiences during world travel. This is a show that has the potential to save your life or life of a loved one, and will turn your wold upside contrary to the mainstream political, medical, and industry minded beliefs most of us grew up believing to be true. I highly recommend this podcast…”What’s Your Though For Food?”

Every podcast should be listened . Even the random ones.

These guys know what they are talking about. And if you have any doubts, their science knowledge is insane. :) They make you love science.

One of my favorite

As a nurse, health coach, distance runner, plant-based eater, person with a history of disordered eating, this is one of my favorite podcasts. I relate so so much to the topics discussed, I often find myself nodding my head throughout the podcast. I also think these guys are super funny and usually laugh out loud listening to their intriguing sarcasm ;) don't hesitate to subscribe! once you do, you will start looking forward to every Thursday when the new podcast episodes are released. Now what are u waiting for! Subscribe and go eat some plants! :)
