UP.DOWN.FLIP. the inspiration for three dog yoga comes from the three dog poses found in our practice…upward-facing dog, downward-facing dog and flipped dog. up dog and down dog are key traditional postures and flipped dog is a fun variation that encourages openness and joy. this combination of tradition and lightheartedness is the inspiration for the three dog culture and community.

June '15 class great
The June class of 2015 is great! Unique and moves well. Not a powerful yoga by any means but the flow is hypnotic and really great.
Content is great-sound is terrible :(
I like these podcasts for a well rounded, strong home practice when I can't get to class, and especially love the variety in the Deep and Flow classes. However, there's so much feedback and heavy breathing that it makes it hard to focus. The last episode (quick and dirty) was especially bad--I missed so many cues under the static. I know it's a live class, but other studios podcast their classes and seem to have clear sound.
A few things to note:
1. I thought it would get more challenging, however, it never really picked up enough to get a challenging practice in.
2. Too much laughter/chit chat. Distracting for those listening to the podcast.
3. The breath into the microphone was also quite distracting as we were wrapping up and getting into the relaxation phase.
Still, not a terrible class- I'm interested in some of the other podcasts by this yoga studio and will plan to check them out in the future.
