Customer Reviews

Three things:

First, if you want honest feedback on how people like the show, you shouldn't tell us to give you a high rating. You should earn it.

Second, you acknowledge that the audio quality is terrible but you refuse to lift a finger to improve it? Not much pride in ownership. No thanks.

Third, you spend most of these discussions just ragging on each other or on people who you claim don't like your opinions instead of trying to have an intelligent debate. Once again, no thanks.

Way too much Ace Hate!

The Ace hate is just out of control! If you don’t like Ace don’t talk about him. You don’t need to spend 20-minutes each show saying you truly love Ace then spending the rest of the time bashing him. If you need to add the qualifier that you really love Ace there is a problem!

You can judge a person, or show, by the company they keep. Just look at the comments on each show. Pure vitriolic nastiness! These people did not spring up from nowhere. They come because the hate they have of Ace, Peter, Eric, and Vinnie are reenforced by the show.

Just don’t get how people can just go about their lives with such anger. Ace is not perfect but when you (Mike) say that half the reviews of his current tour are positive and half negative then go on to spend the entire show bashing him something is wrong! Look at the comments that show produced. Pure hate towards Ace including making silly accusations he fell off the wagon. Just stop and talk about the new Kiss if thats your thing.

Way too much negativity for me!

Pure Misery

This is the prime example of how not to do a podcast. These guys, and especially Michael, hold the majority of their listeners and Kiss fans in general in contempt. He in particular is a terrible host because, as the other negative reviews point out, he’s completely unwilling to entertain opinions other than his own. Even worse is the manufactured drama he causes on the Facebook page, posting pictures of Tommy on Ace’s birthday with “Happy birthday Ace!” caption just to piss off fans. This kind of thing happens on a regular basis, and it’s done with a clear plan to get reactions. Michael always follows up with tedious responses showing why he supposedly didn’t mean to anger anyone (“It was just a joke!”). Childish, juvenile, and above all miserable - and absolutely the worst Kiss or music related podcast out there. Blech.
