From the golden era of the lounge culture comes adlibbed tales of bartending tomfoolery.

Customer Reviews

An appealing cast, a distinct POV, and a bartending school all in 1.

In spite of its homemade feel and low-budget trappings, TikiBar TV succeeds, and often wildly. Much of the credit is to be laid at the feet of the cast- who have an appealing interpersonal chemistry and a clear lack of pretense. Some episodes are stronger than others- but the general trend of the series is one of increasingly sophisticated production value and denser humor. Not for children, due to language and to the VERY cavalier attitude about heavy drinking. And not for all grownups, either, particularly recovering alcoholics.

Bartender, Party and Paradise

First off, I can't stop laughing. Second, this show helps me become the best bartender I can be. Tiki Bar takes podcasting to the next level, and I HIGHLY recommend. ("Tiki Bar" will be known as a college cult classic, no doubt.)

Steal This Podcast

Finally, something worth seeing on a Podcast. Sharp, funny, creative, smarmy, and hip, the Tiki Bar crew delivers a cocktail shaker full of laughs and intoxicating whimsy. Pop your maraschino cherry and take a look.
