Maturity starts young

A great introspection of a sixteen year old and a maturity to understand that the power of the outdoors and living a clean and simple life is a life worth living!

Couldn’t stop listening!

I listen to this podcast on my way into work, and let me tell you I wish my commute was longer. From the beginning I was intrigued by the content and the interviews are so well crafted and insightful coming from a young man whose passion for health and running gives breathe to a great podcast. This will definitely be a part of my commutes from now often!

This is an awesome podcast to listen to, because of its info, stories, and the adventures you hear about. So fun to sit down every week and hear a new interview with an amazing athlete or person or to hear some great advice on lifestyle, trailrunning, and wellness. Thanks!!!
