"All of this has happened before..."
Inspiring look at disruption - fertile source of perspective on how we can thrive in the era of digital transformation.
Great real world example of digital disruptions
I never knew the significance of Jaws on the entertainment industry. How about a sequel with Henry Winkler and cover what happens when you don't "truly" disrupt yourself, program or business model but instead make changes around the legacy model. Then it's too late and in a last ditch effort you'll try anything.....And the term "Jump the Shark" was coined.
Great examples of how digital technology has disrupted traditional industries and how some companies have adapted better then others. Great lessons for any manager or business owner that you need to imagine your own demise if you want to survive long term. Just a wonderful podcast.
