Built my confidence
I haven't recently taken a training/facilitator position with almost no prior experience. This podcast has really help me to gain some confidence! After to listening to almost every podcast recorded I have been able to apply a lot of what I have learned to my trainings and I know they have been more successful from when I first started! I am really thankful to all the people that have taken the time to create all these podcasts and share their secrets.
