deeply personal, explorative and insightful interviews
The personal experiences of the master trauma therapists help us see both the barriers and the catalysts for living a fulfilling life rather than just coping with our condition. Guy is a fantastic interviewer as well.
In it together
I'm loving listening in on these engaging and relaxed conversations. Guy's questions move right to the heart of the experience of becoming and being a trauma therapist. The stories and ideas that emerge are rich with a sense of shared humanity and evoke in me a feeling of being "in it together" as we all stretch, grow, fumble, make repair, learn and thrive.
I've really enjoyed these podcasts. Not only have they been very informative but to hear these therapists speak about their work is inspiring. Paul Valent referenced how this work is sacred and I can't agree more. Sitting with clients and being allowed into their most vulnerable places is a sacred experience and something to be held tenderly. Looking forward to listening to more!
