Great running advice

I'm strong on the bike and use it as a crutch. Bobby made me realize how pushing to pain wasn't the answer and I can gradually excel. Great conversation and insight.

Just what I needed:

Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to more episodes.

Great Podcast!

I've enjoyed all of your episodes so far, but for Episode 7 with Ari Meisel I just have to say Awesome Podcast! Thank you thank you thank you! I had requested more podcasts featuring nutrition, and this far-exceeded my expectations. Especially the huge shout out at the end to IIN, where I currently study. I'm so in love with the program, and I listened to the bulk of the podcast with every intention of reaching out to Suzanne regarding IIN Health Coaches. I quite literally yelped and jumped up and down in the middle of my run when Ari mentioned the school. Maybe get Josh Rosenthal himself on sometime! Thanks again!
