Really want to like this show...but

I just came upon this podcast after craving True Blood content. I've listened to the first 5 episodes from season 3 and find myself frustrated as I listen to each and every one! The guest hosts are great, they are the main reason I listen. But the main host, Dallas, just drives me nuts! Do we really need a 10 minute monologue at the beginning of each episode about how long she's been doing this, how she takes 15 minutes after the show to get some water and use the bathroom and then run down a list of guest hosts that rotate on the show? It's like she just likes to hear herself talk! And boy does she like to talk, constantly cutting off and talking over her guests! If she had something meaningful to say it may not bother me, but all she does is repeat herself and her laugh overpowers everything. I listen to the show via my ipod and the sound quality is terrible. Everyones volumes are all over the place. Then at times there seems to be lots of dead air as she tries to figure out the switchboard and talk to callers. There's got to be a better way to pick up calls, no one seems to know who Dallas is talking to so they waste so much time saying Hello??? back and forth. By the end of the show she is rushing so fast to wrap it up and she wasted so much time just figuring out her technology.

But as I said, the guest hosts are what keep me coming back. Sookie BonTemp from Twitter is a delight, if only she got the chance to talk more! And I absolutely adore Andy & Brian and am glad to have found their blog which is awesome! If only we could hear more from all of them!!!!

Love it!
