An unflinching gaze into the depths of human depravity

Off to a Great Start

After implementing several reviewers' suggestions the podcast has improved sound and format wise. The material is well researched and I look forward to listening to future episodes!

I enjoy your show

You are doing a good job, don't get discouraged, it takes time to build a following. Just the fact you're doing a podcast is brave, with so many people not having filters in their social media comments. Just keep going.

I'm giving this 5 stars...

...not because it deserves it yet but because there is a great deal of potential IMO. My complaints are:

I don't want to hear about formats, editing and the like. If I'm to continue listening -please cut the unprofessional chatter, the behind the scenes podcast stuff and the needless IT details prior to or after the story. Just say hello, give an intro and get into the story.

Enough of the "uhs." It takes practice, at least it did for me, but you'll get it.😊

And you make the format decisions not us. No offense but I don't want to listen to a bunch of production stuff or even be apart of it. My time is limited and I tune in for a good story. So trust your instincts, pick a format and fly with it.

Also be sure of the facts. You do have a very difficult job and in most cases you are speaking to a very educated crime audience.

And please don't constantly call perps garbage and worse. We all have a collective disgust with regard to perps. We all know what they are- use that time for more details in the story or a transition to another story.

As a crime victim investigator I really love how you speak of the victims and your obvious compassion for them and their families. You seem extremely sincere and that is refreshing.

You have a great voice and I hope you will find the confidence to be a great podcaster! You have good ideas.
