What’s the point?!?

I dont understand the point of this show. I started listening to it for some in depth review of True Detective, to maybe glean some insights i may have glossed over. Unfortunately the first 15-20 min of these podcast is just pure cheerleading about how great the show is, leaving the actual structured parts of the podcasts feeling rushed and therefore almost uninformative and most certainly lackluster. I do like the structured parts of the podcast in fact if it was mostly that i would be happy to keep subscribing but unfortunately the hosts see this time as the perfect way to just ooh and aah about how great the show is and how hot “Matt” is. I would recommend the Detect This! podcast over this one, though it may be a bit less in production value the conversation is much more thought provoking and entertaining.

Great podcast about a great show!

Always gonna be a great listen on Monday mornings to dive deeper into the latest episode. Great job guys!

Interesting observations. Clearly, we're fans who want the conversation, and this is a worthwhile one. Thanks to each of you on the panel
