Wow! A while new world that I never realized I needed.

This podcasts has given me a whole new perspective on the toxic definitions of health our culture/surroundings/experiences (etc.) has instilled in me. Whitney is inspiring, informative, and refreshing. Her guests have so much to offer as they share insight from personal experiences with diet culture, achieving and spreading body positivity, and how to overcome the unique obstacles each person faces!

this podcast has quickly become my favorite podcast i’ve ever listened to. i came across this at the exactly right moment in my life, and i can honestly say it’s shaping and challenging what i knew and now know about bodies, diet culture, and self acceptance.

i love her thoughtfulness, the witty rants, and the overall tone of the podcast. i also really appreciate the obvious amount of efforts she goes through to create each episode with loads of research, interviews, and tidbits of wisdom.

you can truly feel her warmth and compassion radiate through this podcast!!!!! definitely a must listen and can’t recommend it enough!!!

Funny, Engaging, Real Talk

If you like Food Psych, you’ll love this podcast. Whitney is entertaining and has a great sense of humor, while being solidly anti-diet and pro-Health-At-Every-Size. I’m genuinely excited for each episode! I highly recommend this podcast for anyone who’s ever wanted a more peaceful relationship with food and their body.
