Jennifer communicates poignant, healing messages and has a beautiful, soothing voice. These meditations are both soothing and enlightening. A real treasure to listen to.
I have been listening to a few meditations so far and loving it. They are powerful. You don't want to stop listening once you start :) I have shared this podcast with many of my clients already.
I have tried quite a few meditation podcasts in an effort to cultivate mindfulness and combat stress. I really like this one. Her voice is soothing, her topics are really on point for me and I appreciate that they are brief, as it is difficult to find a long stretch of time alone during the day. When tension is mounting I can reset with a ten minute meditation.
