Motivating

It's like getting a motivational phone call from your super smart super positive big brother. I get weekly workouts as good as a personal trainer would make. Since I stopped doing single muscle group exercises and started doing the compound exercises I have increased strength, minimized injuries and lost fat. Awesome!
