Fun guys w/ solid advice!

Love listening to these two, they crack me up! I've turned my life upside down to make fitness a priority and these guys have helped motivate me. I take their advice seriously; mixing up my workouts so I don't get bored, eating healthy snacks to keep my body fueled, working out w/ my friends and family to make working out fun, thinking about food as a source of energy, etc. I went from working out once or twice a week to working out 7-10 times a week. I ran a 5K!!! They make exercise sound so exciting, you'll want to make it a lifestyle rather than a "chore". Now I look forward to my workouts and all the endorphins! It's addictive :) Love their energy and enthusiasm for their fitness and health! Definitely one of my favorite podcasts!

I like that these two don't make me feel bad about getting in shape...they're like the supportive, friendly, sexy (from that podcast cover shot anyway) trainer I've never had! This is a great way to educate yourself without having to read some boring book, and you can tell they are as excited about sharing their skills and know-how--I HIGHLY recommend 2 Smart Dumbbells.

Recently came across this podcast and now look forward to it every week. These guys have motivated me to get back into my exercise routine after several years off. Thanks for all the info Dumbbells and keep up the great work!
