Really interesting!

I've been listening to this show from the beginning and it's fun to hear not only the pirate discussion but all the guests background too.

Pirates in my family tree

Hi ya Phil,
Hey, this podcast triggered a story one of my cousins told me decades ago… our great [maternal] grandmother was a gun (or rum or both) runner pirate up and down the California coast.
Very interesting info your podcast has. Keep up the good work .

5 Starrrrrrrs!!!

What a great show! Good interviews, good comedy, and well produced. Pirates have been a mainstay in the culture consciousness forever. This is a great way to explore the legends and the history and have some laughs along the way.
