Great content in a easy to understand podcast. I love that it gets straight to the point!

Great info and content

I've been listening to this podcast for a while and absolutely love it! There is always something new to learn and it's also fun to listen to. I love the website too and have had some great workouts (of course under 10 minutes.) but don't let that fool you, the workouts, though short, are incredibly difficult if you push yourself.
