Conversations you can't buy at HEB
I listened to almost all the episodes in one day because it felt like being in good, grounded company. The conversations are engaging, vital, and meaningful because the participants speak from their lived perceptions and experiences which wouldn’t be possible without the atmosphere of respect, mutual exploration, and shared desire for truth seeking that the host creates. Universally Seeking is pleasant on the ears and honors the fact that we all have something to learn.
Please tell others about this
This a must listen for everybody. The stories from overcoming challenges to setting your self up to succeed this is an extremely enlightening show. I will be looking for what is to come next.
Declutter your brain!
I loved the episode with Caroline Miller. Goal setting and self esteem are two things that I struggle with on a regular basis and I found the conversation to be incredibly useful to realizing what work I'm doing that is valuable and what is just "empty calories" that won't keep me happy or moving forward. The episodes are fairly short but they in no way skim the subject matter. A very valuable resource.
