For those who want to be happy. Now.

When you decide that you are done being unhappy and that there is nothing more important to you than to be happy but you still don't know how, try "The Option Method". It cuts to the chase: its message is - "you don't have to be unhappy if you don't want to". Wendy is a student of Bruce Di Marsico, the creator of "The Option Method" and her deep understanding of the Method is reflected in every aspect of her life, her personality, her work. The way she presents herself in this podcast is a proof that this stuff works - it seems that she exudes peace, authenticity and knowledge. I am so greatful for another way to learn the Method.
