As Good As It Gets (no relation)

I've been listening to UnSpoiled for ages now, and I've got to say this is already on of my favorite shows they've done. Partially because Stranger Things is like all the movies I love from the 80's and yet somehow better than almost all of them. Partially because Maggie and Natasha have an amazingly captivating and beautifully charming dynamic. If you like this show, you owe it to yourself to listen to this podcast. If you love UnSpoiled but haven't watched Stranger Things, that's something you need to fix. Like, right now.

Unspoiled review

All around solid podcast, drawling a blank on the names but both women do a fantastic job at uncovering possible hidden messages, making cinematical references, and making it a point to talk about every scene of the show. They talk about everything you need to know, and also go on some comical tangents about experiences they have that some characters are also going through. Dustin is hands down my favorite character. He's hilarious but also extremely intelligent. Keep it up and can't wait to hear more. Huge fan of the show and would love to sit and talk about each scene in depth like you guys do!!

And I don't even go here!

It's not a secret that I did not enjoy Stranger Things as much as the collective universe did. But I didn't hate it! I opted to take some space from the personal issues I had with the show (mentally ill single mom, missing kids, the treatment of 11, etc) and then came back around for Unspoiled. As always Natasha's brand comes through. I enjoy the commentary between her and Maggie because I tend to see them as my age peers and their lens on the subject of the protags is very relatable. Their banter regarding Nancy and Douchebag was exactly how I felt when watching this summer and after listening to the first episode I've decided to continue. Maybe I'll even watch season 2??? MAYBE??? The jury is still out on season two but I always rule in favor of Unspoiled!
