Awesome stuff

This is one of the most entertaining podcasts I’ve listened to in quite awhile. As a long-time fan of the Dark Tower series, I always find it fun to hear the thoughts of newcomers to the series, and while I can’t agree with everything said on the show (Mile’s passionate dislike of the Lord of the Rings in particular baffles me), I find that Natasha and Miles have succeeded in giving me a new insight into one of my favorite book series. One that I have read roughly seven or eight times. So thanks for that.

P.S. Miles, I’d love to get a chance to try to change your mind about the Lord of the Rings.

Could be better

While I feel the hosts are knowledgeable in regards to the Dark Tower, and seem to be educated in literature....the off topic “witty banter” is annoying. I don’t care about reveries about Natasha’s youth.
Please just tell the story and get into the depths of the Dark Tower; and I will raise my rating.
If I can stand to keep listening until then. 2x speed realllllly helps.

Even a Hardcore Unspoiled! Fan Will Be Pleasantly Surprised

You know when you have one of those days where everything is going wrong and you just want to hang out with your friends and talk about the books you all read? Just click subscribe.

Miles and Natasha sound as good discussing the books together as a bubble bath feels. Natasha is unspoiled, and though she's brilliant and makes great guesses, I love her mistakes just as much. Miles does a great job making sure Natasha has her own ideas and is even a bit puckish about letting her fall down the wrong path from time to time. I've been binge-listening, and I don't want to stop!

IF MILES WOULD FINISH THE SERIES ALREADY, this podcast would be perfect.
