Stumbled Upon This

While playing with my newish iPhone...In the attempt to learn how to use this smart phone, which is smarter than I, -- I came upon your... podcast? I was intrigued by the premise of awakening early in order to seize the day. While your format is the spoken word (nice voice I must say)... I was reminded of the book, The Artists Way, which promotes the writing of three pages of what ever surfaces. Your format I find very interesting and informative as it opens my mind to another human insights, thoughts and knowledge.
Thank you for reminding me of the importance of rising early and gently and peacefully begin the day.
