A little change goes a long way

I have been listening to this podcast for a little over a year and I love listening to the tips and ideas that Vickie and Larissa share each week. I live in the same great state and city as these ladies and know the challenges of what to eat when dining out or even at home with two meat eaters. I have a family history of cancer and even though I’ve had surgery to prevent breast and ovarian cancer from attacking me, I still believe that having a healthy plant based diet and drinking plenty of water will help prevent any other health issues I may face later in life. Thank you for the time and research you put in the podcast and as a member of the Pees and Carrots I enjoy learning about other personal healthy life changing journeys. Making that little change in eating and drinking goes a long way. And it may change the minds of others who need that change and encouragement in their life. Thank you!

A guiding hand through my veg curious journey!

I stumbled upon this wonderful podcast while searching for a podcast that gave not only informative and helpful tips for vegetarians/those who are veg curious, but also was entertaining. Vegetarian Zen fulfills those and requirements and so much more!

I am a 26 year old veg curious omnivore that works out a ton (weightlifting and yoga mainly) and I have to admit I was a little wary about venturing into the world of vegetarian and veganism and still being able to find stuff to eat and remain healthy. Vickie and Larissa answered all of my questions within the various episodes of their podcast (especially the questions about getting enough protein!) and I anxiously await when new episodes are released.

I listen to the podcast every day walking to work and I have since been inspired to commit to a whole month of vegetarianism. Shout out to these wonderful women for their helpful tips and informative guidance. Definitely recommend giving this podcast a listen!!

So informative and friendly

These women are the most friendliest and informative people. I look forward to the podcast every week. I am not a vegetarian/vegan but I love to here the helpful information with out judgement about those of us who are not vegetarian/vegan. My favorite parts are the recipes and the laughter. I hope to hear more from this great podcast for years to come!!!
