Entertaining and lucid conversation about tech venture capital
The new format for Venturecast - a conversation between Craig Syverson of Gruntmedia, and David Hornik of August Captial - makes for great listening. I downloaded it to hear David's comments about the YouTube acquisition by Google, and thought I would just skip to that segment, but found myself listening to the whole program. It is entertaining, well-produced, and most importantly, very informative about high tech venture capital. I actually sat in my car for a few minutes after I reached my destination to hear the end of the show. *That* hasn't happened since I ran out of gas listening to "Pattern Recognition" on the way home from LA. All in all, a great show.
informative and entertaining
i like the mix of technology current events, insight into the mechanics of venture capital and a sprinkling of good humor.
When are they going to say something that's actually incisive or interesting?
Ten minutes in and I'm still waiting.
