This is a fun, informative show to learn about nutrition and fitness. I love how it's not only about traditional "health" and "fitness" i.e. working out and eating vegetables but focuses on mental health, health in relation to finances, and other nonconventional topics. Please, check it out! You won't regret it! And the hosts are so funny!
Great for Pre-med Students
As a pre-med student I definitely have learned from this show and tell my friends to listen to the show because the hosts themselves, as health care professionals, know how to break down the science and research. One of my favorite shows is Living with Fibromyalgia. The guest Dr. Derek Kingsley was phenomenal!!
