Interesting guests, important topics, wonderful host!
This review is long overdue. I subscribed a long time ago and listened to all episodes. There are not many so far since it's a fairly new podcast but I enjoyed every single episode and ended up listening to all of them twice to write down notes. Katya finds very interesting guests and asks them great questions about health and diet. I find this podcast very useful while not being boring at all for a topic like health. I am always excited to see a new episode released. Give it a try for sure!
