It's laid back and will feel as if you're just talking with your girlfriends as you learn about amazing fat burning workouts, techniques, and fundamentals that actually work. Sincere and educational

These podcasts always not only enjoyable to listen to but the content is actually helpful. It's made so that any woman can get some inspiration but also walk away going "wow, I didn't know that". Cool stuff!


I would have given this podcast 5 stars because it's obvious that the cast puts lots of time and research into their episodes, but it is distracting how Dan talks down to Taylor. He is constantly correcting her or speaking over her and it takes away from the professionalism of the show, not to mention it's simply rude. Still, it's a great show and I enjoy listening. Thanks guys. Hope you will take this constructive criticism to heart in order to better your already great show.
