A biweekly podcast dedicated to creative mamas! Each episode will feature chats with inspiring women who are balancing motherhood while still pursuing the things they love, both personally and professionally. Join host Corinne Mockler, a fellow mama living the struggle, as she gathers pearls of wisdom from ladies who are conquering the challenge of maintaining a creative identity while raising a family. Let’s reclaim our talents, hobbies and authentic selves together! If you know (or, if you ARE) a mama who is making time for what makes her soul sing, I would be honored to have you on the show. I’m currently accepting submissions for Season 2, with a focus on mamas who encourage other mamas to use their creativity and speak their truth, through websites, podcasts, community centers, summits, etc (“conversation keepers” if you will)…but regardless of whether that describes what you’re doing exactly, you should apply at email@example.com or on the website. This is the podcast I’ve been waiting for! I am an artist and find it hard to listen to creativity podcasts when the subject blatantly doesn’t have children…it is a unique set of challenges that mothers face and it’s about time someone saluted us. Can’t wait to hear more!
This is a fantastic project!! I think I love it so much because I too am on a quest to reclaim/hold onto my own identity within the parameters of children, family and our life of moving to new communities without support. Specifically meaningful work. I look forward to hearing more!
Inspiring & honest conversations
Corinne is an open, engaging, down-to-earth interviewer exploring the intersection of motherhood and creativity. She's found some interesting, authentic moms with great stories to share. Looking forward to hearing more!
