new follower...love it!
I love the olive oil episode (my first) and am so excited to follow this blog...because talking about cooking and food with people who know about it is almost as much fun as eating. :)
real food inspiration
Love listening to this podcast, which never fails to inspire me. From the episode with The Faux Martha about thinking like an artist in the kitchen to the episode with Rick Bayless that had my mouth watering for some roasted tomatillo salsa, every show celebrates the beauty and accessibility of cooking with and enjoying real food. Great extension of a great blog!
Great Indianapolis Food Blog
I have been reading the A Couple Cooks blog for a while. I loved the pictures of their kitchen renovation. I moved to New Orleans a year ago and have been a little homesick. This podcast has been great at helping with that. I love when the hosts specifically discuss Indianapolis related food topics (especially the south side farmer!). I hope they try to do a more Indianapolis focused podcast instead of just being a vague clean eating one. One criticism is that the sound of the in-between subjects is soooooo loud! I have ripped my EarPods from my ears. It gets so loud! And it’s not a pleasant thing to listen to. Overall, Sonja’s voice is very pleasant to listen to but that “bump” music is just terrible.
I would also really like to hear a segment about Indianapolis restaurants you both like. I realize that this might not be the focus of your blog, but it might the a nice addition to a final minute to your podcast.
